Fees & Payment

The conference registration fee includes:

• participation to all conference events
• conference pack with book of all abstracts
• other scheduled functions (such as the banquet)

Accommodation is not included.

Notes

• Each registered participant may only submit and present one paper (either orally or as a poster)
• Please ensures that payment is done early enough to be received by the above stated registration deadline
• Participants are responsible for all bank transfer fees, i.e. FuSeM receive the full amount.
• For student discounted rate, please send us copy of a confirmation letter from your Head of the Department as proof of status
• No fee is refundable except in the case of cancellation of the event
• The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration

Confirmation

Upon receipt of both registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail. A hard copy receipt issued by Silpakorn University will be included in your conference pack, which you will collect at the registration desk.
