Fees & Payment
The conference registration fee includes:
- participation to all conference events
- conference pack with book of all abstracts
- other scheduled functions (such as the banquet)
Accommodation is not included.

Notes
- Each registered participant may only submit and present one paper (either orally or as a poster)
- Please ensures that payment is done early enough to be received by the above stated registration deadline
- Participants are responsible for all bank transfer fees, i.e. FuSeM receive the full amount.
- For student discounted rate, please send us copy of a confirmation letter from your Head of the Department as proof of status
- No fee is refundable except in the case of cancellation of the event
- The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration
Confirmation
Upon receipt of both registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail. A hard copy receipt issued by Silpakorn University will be included in your conference pack, which you will collect at the registration desk.
